         We are celebrating with great pride the 40th Anniversary of the foundation fo La Chaine des Rotisseurs in Mexico and the 20th. Anniversary of La Chaine in Cancun. Mexico welcomes you with open arms.

Mexico ranks near the place No.10 at worldwide levels, in population, territory and economical development. Mexico is a Magic and marvelous country representing a unique mosaic of colors and splendors, with centennial cultural roots, with priVileged flora and fauna, with daydream beaches and fascinating natural beauty all across the country.

Mexico is characterizer to be an excellent host. It was the first country of La Chaine des Rotisseurs in Latin America. The National Bailliage of Mexico was founded in 1968 by Mr. Jean Berthelot, Bailli Délégué Honoraire of Bailliage National du Mexique. Membre du Conseil Magistral Hnoraire, du Conseil D’Honneur and Officier Commandeur. Currently there are  Six Regional Bailliages : Mexico City, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Guadalajara and Cuernavaca and we are close to 300 members, with a fervent desire to celebrate international events that would enjoy the excellency of the world’s famous mexican cuisine, with its high level quality an its generours traditional hospitality.

It will be a great honor and a true pleasure for us, in this memorable celebration, to be able to count on your presence and to have the opportunity to take care of you and show you some of our most prestiged sites internationally knows. One of them is Cancun whose warm turquoise color waters and its fine white sand beaches are a paradise to the visitors, its proximity to its Islands Cozumel and Mujeres offers marvelous reefs for scuba diving, golf courses, sailing facilities, nearly Archeological areas pletoric with the most lavish ruins, some of them Patrimony of Humankind.

The other spectacular place is the Beautiful City of Guadalajara, birthplace of the “Mariachi” and the “Tequila”, with its glorious women and its vast cultural heritage of Museums, Murals, Churches, Convents, Theaters and handcrafts in an atmosphere plenty of the authentic Mexican folklore, all inmersed in springtime weather.

We are prepared with all our dedication and enthusiasm a very high quality program and we are certain that this great event will leave in each one of you unforgettable memories and experiences.
